^ It's not fixed yet. Due to the extended period since it expired states have already removed accounts from the system and notified unemployed that their benefits have expired. It can be somewhat complex to get individual accounts restarted and many will not be able to get the money due them because of either not understanding the system or due to frustration with the complex system. I personally know of one. He is still due about 15 weeks but has given up trying to work through the system to get it.

It would be a complete guess, but I'd say that probably 20% or 30% of those with funds still available will not be able or willing to work their way back through the system to recieve it.
